#wholegrains in the form of flour and water to create #pasta $4 (Fairprice online) for a 250g package (serves 2) of #buckwheat packing 13g of #glutenfree #protein (2g more than its brown rice cousin) though missing the nutty allure associated with the #healthy grain. Still one of my pantry recommendations and no, its not a stand-in for mee goreng 👍
I like the texture of the Buckwheat spaghetti. The price is unfortunately slightly higher than regular pasta.
Trying to get off gluten n this was a good replacement to the regular 🍝. Cooks much faster than wheat ones. Nutty.filling. Will buy often now.
Every since I tried quinoa spaghetti I wanted to try more #glutenfree pasta because it's so much better on digestion. However unlike quinoa spaghetti, this gets sticky but not as much as buckwheat soba. Still great texture though
