to make plant-based foods affordable and available to everyone. Despite higher taxes for plant-based products, they are doing their best they can! 💪🏾 Their peanut curds are the best, fantastic for raitas and chaats. And now comes in a 500ml tub! Must-try!!!

Though dairy curd is fairly common in the Indian cuisine, I rarely had it even

when I was a vegetarian. But some of my friends say their day wasn’t complete unless they had it in at least one meal. So I’m glad to see substitutes of typical Indian dairy products.

And since Veg. Biryani made without curd doesn’t taste as well as Veg Biryani made with curd, I decided to cook it myself using this vegan curd made from peanuts. The curd is good and the dish turned out well too so I’m overall happy with it.
