Deliciously Vegan Festive Butternut & Chestnut Roast 400g Cooked the roast on foil I should have sprayed with oil prior to cooking Just eaten the beautiful tasting nut roast the mixture was perfect. With the added sachet of festive flavour sauce added as a topping was magnificent lucking lips. Really was delicious with chunks of chestnuts hidden inside the roast Served with roast parsnips and potatoes boilt carrots, swede and steamed savoy cabbage.
