Cooked the roast on foil I should have sprayed with oil prior to cooking
Just eaten the beautiful tasting nut roast the mixture was perfect.
With the added sachet of festive flavour sauce added as a topping was magnificent lucking lips.
Really was delicious with chunks of chestnuts hidden inside the roast
Served with roast parsnips and potatoes boilt carrots, swede and steamed savoy cabbage.
Happy even more happy as I found them half price the other day so was lucky enough to get some for the freezer.
