Had this sitting around in my pantry for a while now. Have always been vegetarian

and was a bit scared of how this looked but wanted to try it. No idea if it tastes like tuna or not but it was delicious. I mixed with vegan mayo, some beans and celery, and then used that on bread, and warmed the whole thing in my air fryer. One can is perfect for one person for a meal. Also one can is 100g with 12.7g of protein and it has a good amount of omega 3 (DHA and ALA) from algal oil.

This is basically 100% tuna to me. Omnifoods company has done such a great job.

I was so excited to find this #vegantuna! Before I went vegan I loved a

tuna salad sandwich. Now I enjoy chickpea salad sandwich, but it’s not quite the same. I’ve also tried jackfruit tuna before but wasn’t the biggest fan. But this one nailed the flavour and texture! I can’t believe it’s not real tuna. It has the exact slightly fishy flavour, and satisfied my craving. My only complaint is that it’s hard to find and a bit pricey, given there’s really only one serving per can. #whatveganseat #vegansandwich

Found this from T & T with surprise! Very tasty and feel like almost real.

While after checked up the ingredients, I decide to try it only occasionally. Another thing to notice that no vegan certified label claim on the label anymore, it is labeled as vegan certified by Vegan.org on vegansupply.ca site. #nopreservatives #nongmo #highprotein

Holy shoot... this is fabulous. I haven't had actual tuna in about 20 years but

opening this can brought me back. So wild. I mixed it with mayo and siracha for my rice bowls, but I can definitely see just using mayo and some celery for some tuna sandwiches down the road!
