This is a really good cooking cream from oatly, so I would guess it's on an oat basis. I used it with some beyond mince and pasta. Turned out to be really yummy. Sempre per la rubrica 'cose prese su a caso in Svezia pensando fossero altro, ma le etichette non sono in inglese' -pensavo fosse yogurt dalla confezione, ma pareva un formaggio tipo philadelphia. Dovrebbe riuscire benissimo nelle cheesecake, dalla consistenza.
