have yet to try cashew cheese but this looks amazing 😀

One of my favourite cashew cheeses. I love trying new flavours but always seem to come back to this one. Perfect on crackers with spicy red pepper jelly. Super spreadable and clean ingredients!

What causes the color? Spices or fermenting bacteria?

It appears to me that it's the spices by looking at it. I don't believe that is caused by the fermenting. I think the texture would be different than what it is.

Oo I keep seeing this and want to try it. Now I have a good excuse and only need a bottle of wine.

Tasty cheese platter #vegan 
I think that the best flavours are Red Rind and Un-Brie-Lievable. 
This products are a little pricey, but totally worth trying. #hazteveg

expensive but the best tasting of the 3 cheeses i tested for #NationalCheeseDay.  at 5 grams saturated fat per oz, i'd ordinarily classify this as a #SaturatedFatSaturday food for myself.
