This is the best tasting national yeast to me. You can use this in anything - tofu scramble, soups, rice dishes, anywhere you want a cheese flavor but easier to incorporate than cheese slices or shreds because this dissolves right in.
I’m on my own tonight so it’s popcorn with nutritional yeast for dinner. YUM. This one is a bit powdery for me, but The flavor is great.
I bought this when my regular nutritional yeast was out of stock and it didn’t disappoint me! Quite flakey, as you can see in the picture. And a huge quantity– I’ve been using it for a year or so and it’s not over yet. My favorite way to enjoy it is adding it to popcorn and pasta sauces 🍿
