I didn’t even know what ghee was when I received this with my @ThriveMarket order. Now I use it as a replacement for sautéing in butter. I keep it in the pantry so it’s always pretty soft. Something that I haven’t used it for is baking. It says you can use in baking but I don’t bake much. #dentalandlentils

I used this vegan ghee to make Tikel Gomen. I honestly can't really tell much of a difference between this and other vegan butters, although it has tumeric as an ingredient.

It’s been so long since I’ve used ghee (back when I wasn’t vegan) that I don’t even remember what I used it for. But I’m excited to revisit some old recipes and veganize them! #uplandspeak
While this isn’t exactly the carmel flavor of ghee it has a great rich flavor without harming cows! Yay! I love that the color is spot on and the texture which is creamy and easy to scoop or spread. Plus it doesn’t need refrigeration which makes it super convenient.
