I don't remember that I ever ate a #marshmallow before. When I was little, my mum had the best strategy: she told me she bought me some when I was too young to remember and that I didn't like them, so she never bought new ones and, as "I didn't like them", I never insisted 😆 when I was old enough to buy some on my own, I already was vegetarian, so no marshmallows for me. But some time ago I saw this fun package of this nice, #familyowned business, and decided to give them a try. Big, big mistake! I like them soooo much! I think the weather is a bit too hot now, because they are already kind of melted, but they are so good with an intense #vanilla taste and the consistency is really fun and interesting.
As for the ingredients, the main one is of course #sugar, directly followed by glucose-fructose #syrup , 💧 #water , #tapiocastarch, #cornstarch, #carrageenan , hydrolysed #peaprotein and, finally, natural vanilla flavouring. Almost all ingredients are from supervised #organic agriculture and, for a language lover like me (and @helena12345 ) a footnote explains that "bio is the French translation for organic"! Nice!
The business is #ecofriendly (as a member of 1% for the planet... is that a label? )
Even if this product isn't one of the most recommended for a healthy diet, it has, at least, #noartificialcolors or preservatives.
