What an amazing product! This thick and super tasty Alfredo sauce is made with natural
ingredients — cashews and spices. It’s a large enough portion that you can make a big pot of pasta to feed 3-4 people. I would definitely buy this again.

I remember Nona Vegan way back when they first started. I believe I saw them
first at the Veg Food Fest. There's a heartwarming story behind this brand too.
They used to have glass jars for their products which I prefer. However, I understand a lot of companies opt for the cheaper packaging option to keep costs down and keep going. However, this tapered opening is a little tricky when the sauce gets low. Since I like to make use of everything to the last drop, I carefully pour in veggie stock seal the ziplock type seal at the top and give it a good shake. It would be easier if the opening wasn't tapered. I hope they go back to the glass jars in the future or another biodegradable packaging which wouldn't compromise the product life.
Anyway, this is a nice vegan creamy alfredo style cashew sauce. I added more garlic and it needed a bit more salt for my taste. Top it off with fresh herbs, freshly ground pepper, and chilies and you're good to go!
