Fine cold, light cheddar-y sharpness. Melted texture is gel like and the taste is almost perfume like.

This is pretty good. Used to be our go to cheeze until we found Follow Your Heart and Violife. We used it for tacos and salads.
Organic vegan cheese is difficult to find at an affordable price however this cheese fits the bill. Does melt,become creamy in fillings or in sauces but also can get crunchy when baked as topping like real sharp cheddar can which is different than other cheeses I normally buy which become more creamy/gooey when baked. It has nice flavor and is shredded very finely, so nice to sprinkle.
These are pretty good and they DO melt. I put fresh shreds on top so obviously those weren’t melted but these made a great topping for tostadas tonight! Really yummy!
