Great umami flavour with the infusion of onion, kelp, and shiitake mushroom extract. 🧅🍄 Thinner and smaller pieces, which would be good for bulgogi and the like. 🍖 High-protein meat analogue made using #gmofree soybeans; conveniently pre-seasoned. One of the most successful replicas of Japanese beef slices I've tried to date in terms of the taste, texture, and visuals! They do lack the 'fatty' parts of real meat though. 🛒 Available for purchase online from Green Butchery! https://greenbutchery.com (Contains alliums, $6.50/ 120g) #sgvegan #japanese #nextmeats #halal
