Very good brand. Powder is strong and a tiny bit goes a long way. First time trying spirulina powder and this was a great option available.
I have been using this for a few weeks every day in my shakes. Spirulina is one of the richest plant-based protein source (67% protein) so it really helps those who need a higher protein intake. A serving is 15g but I usually use 7-8g at a time as it really changes the taste, texture and colour of whatever you add it to. It's something you need quite a bit of time to get used to. It's also rich in minerals and has antioxidant, pain-relief, anti-inflammatory, and brain-protective properties.
Nice brand and very good quality. The spirulina taste is not very good but it works well as food supplement.
