
I have been using this for a few weeks every day in my shakes. Spirulina is one of the richest plant-based protein source (67% protein) so it really helps those who need a higher protein intake.
A serving is 15g but I usually use 7-8g at a time as it really changes the taste, texture and colour of whatever you add it to. It's something you need quite a bit of time to get used to.
It's also rich in minerals and has antioxidant, pain-relief, anti-inflammatory, and brain-protective properties.
