Good cereals that don't taste too sweet. I like to add fresh berries. Good source of fibre.

I found this a little boring just with milk, so i make chocolate rocks with them. They have a good balance between being healthy and having a nice flavor.

These flakes are a bit thick so they're super crunchy even after being doused in mylk for a while, which I love. They're not too sweet and feel like a good balance between flavor and health.
