It’s unique that these cacao nibs are sweetened with yacon syrup. I usually like cacao nibs as they are but this is interesting.

Organic cacao nibs sweetened with yacon syrup, a lower glycaemic index (and more costly) alternative to regular sugar. If you're a dark chocolate lover you'd probably find this very addictive like I do.
Perfectly sweet with slight bitterness from the cacao nibs. Really good as a topping for smoothie bowl, yoghurt bowls etc.
These have an artificial after taste (similar to zero calorie sweeteners). Perhaps it’s the yacon syrup?
A really tasty vegan snack! Tastes like mildly crunchy and tangy dark chocolate. It’s certified vegan and organic. Edit: (picture - I tried topping my homemade vegan affogato with some cacao nibs and the bitter dark chocolaty taste complemented the espresso really well!) #veganin2020 #sprinkles #cacaonibs
