I usually steer clear of the cereal bars at work because the majority contain either
milk or honey (hence all the recent chip reviews!) but these are the rare exception. They are oat-and-rice-based, with the eponymous dried fruit and nuts bound up in sticky syrup. I don’t find them very filling, as they’re on the small side and disappear in a few bites. They wouldn’t be my first choice if other options were available, and judging by how they’re always the last snack left in the break room, my non-vegan coworkers probably aren’t crazy about them, either.
