I have been taking this from February to May and it surely helped but it
doesn't make miracles. According to my latest blood tests, ferritin remained as low as before and folic acids were also not that great. Let's also be honest and say that I didn't really put much effort in eating healthy everyday 😅 anyway, this supplements could be good in case you don't have any low values in particular.
