Delicious, vegan, natural and sweet. These are great to snack on just about anywhere anytime. Highly recommend trying them. Save the seeds to grow more! You can also share these wonderful seeds!

Quality really matters with #dates so I tend to pay a premium for them. It's a little weird buying these imported dates from the US in Bali but it's worth it because I've had some pretty bad dates here lol ! #rawvegan
Dates are truly nature's candy! This is my go to brand - they are super soft, sweet, decadent and caramel like. I love eating one or two of these to curb my sweet tooth. I mostly use it otherwise as a sweetner in chocolate banana smoothies, to make "snickers" and in other baking. Love dates!
Love love love dates . These are delicious pitted dates soft sweet natures candy at its best will definitely buy again .Dates contain a good source fiber they contain potassium, calcium, Iron and 1 gram of protein. High in sugar .
So the box is absurdly small (3 dates? And each one further individually #deathbyplastic wrapped inside?!) but I guess I shouldn’t complain since Safeway was giving them away for free. #forthedollar This was a promotional item with a coupon inside; hopefully the normal packaging is more sensible. The large, sugary medjool #dates come pre-pitted for maximum convenience: snack, blend, bake, stuff the cavity with nut butter, etc. — whatever your heart desires. They’re a good source of fiber (and a great source of sugar, like donut amounts) considering their small size. I prefer other date varieties that are firmer and slightly less sweet, but it’s never a bad idea to keep a handful of these in the pantry as well!
