This is not a creamy yogurt, it has a consistency like flan. it is rich
because it tastes sour. It is cheaper than other brands but I prefer to make my own yogurt. This does not have as much sugar as silk yogurt 6gr vs. 16gr. both have 6g of protein.

100cal? pretty low on cal for the amount of protein it provides! it’s a little
bitter, but not bad. So delicious & Silk make better tasting yogurts, but this is the lowest in cal, fat & carbs.
i don’t think i’ll buy it again. I prefer Silk & i like the higher fat content in Silk yogurt alternatives. It’s about balance, so eliminating fat from my diet is not my goal lol.
