100cal? pretty low on cal for the amount of protein it provides! it’s a little bitter, but not bad. So delicious & Silk make better tasting yogurts, but this is the lowest in cal, fat & carbs.


i don’t think i’ll buy it again. I prefer Silk & i like the higher fat content in Silk yogurt alternatives. It’s about balance, so eliminating fat from my diet is not my goal lol.
