It don’t really taste feta cheese because it’s less salty but I don’t like real
feta cheese because of the salt so I really enjoy it !

I am happy with this feta. It has a nice salty tangy taste to it.
The texture is kind of smooth and creamy. Not quite what I remember feta to be like but it is a good product nonetheless. I like to use it in pasta salads, broccoli salad and I am going to try making a quiche (one of these days)! It comes in a block in brine and I just crumble it with my fingers.

Though this is supposed to be a feta style cheese, it really reminded me most
of goat cheese! Really surprised at how realistic it was!! This was fantastic in my pasta and I could see it being really great in many other things. Would definitely top this on a pizza ;)

Saporito e fresco. Ottimo sostituto della feta, preso a Milano da Coccole di Gusto. Lo
consiglio nelle insalate, così com'è oppure sulla pizza, a crudo.
