I am happy with this feta. It has a nice salty tangy taste to it. The texture is kind of smooth and creamy. Not quite what I remember feta to be like but it is a good product nonetheless. I like to use it in pasta salads, broccoli salad and I am going to try making a quiche (one of these days)! It comes in a block in brine and I just crumble it with my fingers.
