My dad and I just finished a conversation about how seemingly all pistachio ice creams

label themselves “pistachio nut.” We also concluded that pistachios taste better as ice cream... not that they’re not good on their own, but as a dessert they’re exceptionally delicious. I don’t picture this pint lasting long!

At first I thought the coconut 🥥 pistachio nut combo was weird and it should

just be a nutty base, but all of nada moo is coconut, and the flavor grew on me. Good melting point.
