Wow wow wow is all I could say about this one . I thought I would never find a vegan mint chocolate chip and boy was I wrong . This is soooooo delish
Ahhhh! Since being vegan I wished for mint chip ice cream. Finally found one and soooo good! Made my day.
I love this ice cream! So refreshing with just the right amount of mint. The light green color comes from spirulina, so better than artificial color. A whole pint is only 1/3 of the daily value for added sugar - much better than other ice creams. And the chocolate is Food Empowerment Project approved!
