Diced Tomatoes Fire Roasted

While visiting family I made one of my favorite soups. It was a hit! It was probably my best rendition because of their high powered blender. These high quality roasted tomatoes also played a part in it! They made a great addition to the base and added some nice chunks of juicy tomatoes to the soup. I also love Muir Glen's can design.
