Vegan Vitamin D3 5,000 IU

Since I moved out here to the Pacific Northwest I've noticed there's not as much

sunshine. I'm pretty much a homebody anyway. Hence a #crueltyfree vitamin d supplement, derived from lichen. I got a k2 as well to work in conjunction with this. Bottle is made of recycled plastic.

Most people apparently have at least a mild vitamin D deficiency, probably due to working

indoors. After getting a diagnosis I started taking one of these per day and a recent blood check confirmed I'm back in the healthy range. I bought mine at the Uproar vegan store online.
