The trick to melting this cheese is to mix it in, when I put it on top a stuffed pepper it got crispy and crunchy. They were good still, I put the cheese on pasta and enjoyed it that was as well, it also melted better that way

This was a good substitute! I used it for lasagna and it worked. I didn’t really tasted though 🤷♀️ I wouldn’t mind buying it again but i will keep looking for other options.
