I remember when Daiya first came out many years ago and it was a big deal! Now there are so many vegan cheeses! But I still really enjoy my classic Daiya. I melt just a tiny bit on to my toast and it’s super yummy!
The last time I bought Daiya cheese, they were almost the only vegan cheese brand available and their products were tasteless and rubbery. I had a daiya pizza last week and was impressed by how their cheese melted so I thought I would give it a second chance. They really have improved! This cheese melted perfectly. It added a nice gooey touch to my ravioli. #ditchdairy #vegancheese
Daiya Mozz…. What can I say? Love hate relationship here. Definitely not my fav mozzarella, but gets the job done in baked pasta dishes.
