Silken tofu, il primo che abbia mai provato, ha un sapore leggermente acidino che non mi fa impazzire ma comunque molto comodo per molte ricette che non avevo ancora avuto modo di provare, lo ricomprerò. (L'ho preso al mercato, in una bancarella di prodotti etnici)

Tofu suave y de buen sabor, lo he utilizado para hacer aderezos o salsas.
