This tastes okay but it doesn't melt very easily in the microwave or in my toaster oven.
Moocho is a new cheese made by Tofurky Co. These cheddar style shreds melt well and are also tasty cold. I would definitely buy this product again and recommend trying if you haven’t already. I have been regularly getting this brand at HEB especially when going to the small one in town as it's the o ly one they regularly carry. It's good flavor, melts well and I use it for pizzas and mac n chz!
I made some delicious vegan tacos taco bell style and this cheese just made that taste creamy and lovely.
