WINNER WINNER WINNER! My fave cheese has always been pepper jack (w sharp cheddar

closely behind). This cheese REALLY nails it. The texture (cold) of the cheddar is a bit gritty but I didn’t notice it as much w this one. Flavor is amazing. I prefer this one to FYH. So happy!
