I've been seeing truffle products everywhere, so when I saw this truffle flavor cheese at Walmart I decided to try it. I didn't know what kind of cheese to expect- a spread or like a solid wheel or wedges. It turns out this is a spread. It is a cashew based spread and has that typical rough texture like most cashew based spreads. It has quite a funky pungent taste and very onion-y. It's not terrible and it was nice on my bagel, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get this, especially since it was kind of expensive. I am glad I tried it because it's always fun to try new products! I do like that a lot of the ingredients are more wholesome than many other vegan cheeses and mostly organic. This spread is great! Such a perfect, creamy texture. It tastes nice but I wish that the truffle flavor was stronger.
I got this bad boy at Whole Foods, if you like truffle, you will fall in love.. my new favorite bagel spread, wow amazing.. 
Love this! So smooth and easy to spread, amazing taste. Don’t quite get the truffle taste, but it’s nice and smoky.
