Mirin

I like using this in stir fry sauce. Gives it a nice sweet flavor, like sake would with less alcohol.

Love Mirin! Brings such a nice flavor to a dish! We really started using it all the time when we lived in Japan for 3 months. If you get into traditional japanese cooking, you will see tons of recipes that call for this! And it really makes a difference in the flavor.
