These vegan cheesestake pockets were delicious. They are like a square spring roll filled with vegan cheese, vegan ground meat, peppers and onions. I cooked them in the air fryer and the dough wrapper came up crispy. The filling was so tasty, full of flavor. 👌🏼 The only thing I didn’t like was that they were too oily so I’ll only have these as an ocasional meal.
