These vegan cheesestake pockets were delicious.
They are like a square spring roll filled with vegan cheese, vegan ground meat, peppers and onions.
I cooked them in the air fryer and the dough wrapper came up crispy. The filling was so tasty, full of flavor. 👌🏼
The only thing I didn’t like was that they were too oily so I’ll only have these as an ocasional meal.

The box comes with 2 squares. The serving size says 1 square but I had to eat both for an actual meal. Eating only 1 might work as a snack but not for a meal.
