Found this at Whole Foods, and could not resist, as 1) I love a cashew cheese; 2) I’ve never seen an applewood smoked vegan cheese before; and 3) my little girl kitty is named Millsey! (Different spelling but who has ever heard the name before, ya know?) This cheese was so good! It was gone in two days after opening. The smoked flavor is nice and the cheese is creamy. Expensive but an awesome treat. Would be great on a vegan cheese board. #cashewcheese #vegancheese #smokedcheese
You know that feeling when you see a new vegan product and you just know it's gonna be awesome?! That's how I felt finding this new #vegancheese 😍 I'm the #firstbrandreview of Millsie surprisingly! Seems like it's a Canadian company and they just got a few flavors at my local health food store here in Hawaii luckily! I knew I had to try this #smoked one as I usually love smoked cheese or tofu! And I was not disappointed one bit, this #cashewcheese rocks! It's a decent portion and from the fridge a nice firm yet spreadable texture. It has #cacao butter and oil and cashews with cultures so I'm sure it's quite fatty and high in calories. I enjoyed it so much with my fresh sourdough bread on the beach .
