Found this at Whole Foods, and could not resist, as 1) I love a cashew cheese; 2) I’ve never seen an applewood smoked vegan cheese before; and 3) my little girl kitty is named Millsey! (Different spelling but who has ever heard the name before, ya know?)
This cheese was so good! It was gone in two days after opening. The smoked flavor is nice and the cheese is creamy. Expensive but an awesome treat. Would be great on a vegan cheese board.

I really liked this one too ! Unfortunately now the shop that had it on the island I live doesn't have it anymore .
