they will be good in a burger bun because they get destroyed a bit but with a side salad they are perfect

Not a fan to be honest. I made them in the oven and they already

had 7% fat content (and you can indeed feel the greasiness). Can’t imagine how would they taste fried - which is one of the suggested preparing method.
