One of my favourite vegan kimchi products from Miao Miao! Unlike the usual ones which are made up of Napa Cabbage, this one seems to be mostly Chinese cabbage, carrots and sesame. It is more tasty than the other versions due to the addition of sesame oil too! A very substantial and convenient option to go for when I run out of ideas on what to cook! :P #veganin2020
This was quite tasty but I wouldn’t call it kimchi. It was more like Southeast Asian achar (pickled veggies) because of the additional carrot and sesame seeds which aren’t typically used in kimchi. It was also lacking the spicy sourness you get from fermentation 🤷🏻♀️ 37 #daystreak
