Kimchi by Miao Miao vegetarianWai Sum's Review (Nov 6, 2020)

This was quite tasty but I wouldn’t call it kimchi. It was more like Southeast Asian achar (pickled veggies) because of the additional carrot and sesame seeds which aren’t typically used in kimchi. It was also lacking the spicy sourness you get from fermentation 🤷🏻‍♀️
