Chickpea Gluten Free Wraps

A very nice gluten-free wrap. Folds well and doesn’t disintegrate. The flavour is interesting, complementary to vegetable fillings.

I'm new to GF foods and the struggle is real! These wraps are very dry and broke easily. I tried to warm it in a pan and it stuck and broke. But I just made tiny wrap folds and the taste was still good

I sampled these as I want to add them to our cafe menu for gluten free customers. They are a bit bland but are a perfectly acceptable wrap for gluten free if the fillings are a bit more extravagant! #greyton

I love these. My only issue is they break so quick but nothing a little bit of creativity can't fix. I simply can't score them less than 5 stars because they are simply great!
