Mmm, nice firm texture. Not rubbery and not fall-apart-fatty. Pleasant savoury taste. When heating these up there's definitely a lot of juice and oil coming out of these meetballs so it gets a bit messy for me 🫣. But worth it! Pretty tasty and lots of protein. Mine were a little bit tough but I'm not sure if I just didn't cook them properly!
I was never a big fan of meatballs before going vegan, but spaghetti & meatballs is one of my partner’s faves and he found these on sale so spaghetti meatballs it was. Really nice, meaty texture and quite firm - didn’t fall apart and weren’t mushy. Might buy again if on special, although they’re not my favourite from the Meet range.
These meetballs are soy and wheat based. I fried them from frozen.
These ‘Meetballs’ are delicious. We cooked them with an Italian spaghetti sauce and added mushrooms. Made a fabulous quick meal which even the meateater in the house loved. I was happy to see that they’re low in saturated fat and will definitely be buying them again.
