This ‘Meat Free Ground’ by the Meatless Farm Co. has good flavor but could cook
better. It seems it’s hard to cook to a light brown crisp…but maybe I didn’t have the stove temp high enough(?)
I made sloppy joes with this, but I’ve also thrown this ground meat in lasagnas and tacos. I definitely prefer Beyond ground beef crumbles over this brand, largely due to cooking better and having a better consistency, however, I would buy this again if the price was right.
