sauces handy so I used a vinegar based dressing, spinach and cheese. Lovely hints of bacon come through and I canāt wait to try this with more sauces.

this one but I didn't enjoy it as much to be honest. It was nice though the pasta didn't burst and the filling wasn't watery mush because of it, it was fine tasting but a little bland I was hoping the bacon would give it a smokey salty burst but nah. I ate this with a buttery truffle based sauce but I genuinely think it would be better paired with a tomato or pepper based sauce!

the texture and taste reminds me of chicken which is a nice change from the spinach tortellini which seem to be our only option at most places š¤·āāļø(I love spinach donāt get me wrong I just want more choice!)
A good dinner for when you are tight on time or energy š
I served with I am nut ok GOAT cheese, tomatoās and basil which worked really well!
