Crazy good crispy “chkn” sandwich with chipotle cream sauce that I made for dinner the

other night! Meati did real good with this product!! I airfryed as directed but actually cooked about 5 minutes longer after flipping once 1/2 way through to give it a crispier texture! The breading stayed on real good and flavor was spot on! Served on a toasted Trader Joe's baguette 🥖. One side slathered with a chipotle cream sauce (chipotle sauce & Forager Project sour cream) and the other with mashed avocado 🥑. Then red onion, tomato 🍅 slices, the breaded cutlet and lastly some mixed greens 🥬 !! Came out so good and hubby gave it a 9.5 out of 10!! Woohoo 🙌🏼!! Currently on sale @wholefooods for $7.28 with Amazon Prime Membership and $8.09 without.

KA-POW! Meati’s Crispy Chicken Cutlets are incredibly tender, juicy, plump & delicious - so much

so that after my first bite, I found myself simultaneously thinking in words typically found within a cartoon bubble & practically speechless. (Practically!) 😂

Made primarily from mushroom root & equally important — made without animals — this is incredible.

First, I heated a crispy cutlet & ate it without any additional sauce or seasoning — it was love at first bite.

The second cutlet turned into an impromptu chicken Parm sandwich & while it was fantastic, I love the taste of this product so much that I prefer the crispy cutlet naked, sans sauce or accoutrements.

I’m headed back to the grocery store today, so that I can purchase & experience all of Meati’s offerings. Happy cooking!🍗

This “chicken” cutlets made of mushroom root taste SO good. I loved them. They’re tasty,

and full of nutrients. They crisped up perfectly and in a matter of minutes in the air fryer. The flavor and texture was spot on👌🏼

If I have to make a small criticism is that the panko layer was a bit thick but they’re pretty good for a brand new product. (They recently launched this product in all Sprouts nationwide 👏🏼🎉)

I enjoyed it with a salad but my husband was hungry so he paired it with a ton of macaroni & vegan cheese 😄

The only thing I don’t like is that they use plastic wrapper👎🏼like most of the brands.

I bought them at Sprouts for $8 with a discount coupon. I’m eager to try the other products from this brand soon!

Tasty and filling cutlet!. This product is made from mushroom root and additional fibers without

soy, wheat or gluten. It’s quite meaty and would be a great option for folks who have sensitivities. (Though it says that it does not contain gluten, it doesn’t have a GF certification so GF folks please check first to ensure this product is safe for you.)

The cutlets are quite thick. The outside coating got crispy. The coating was nicely seasoned but I think the meat itself could have been seasoned a bit more. I also wish the texture was firmer.

A nice product. Though it doesn’t rank high as a fave chickn cutlet/patties it is a nice option. Interested in trying more products from Meati.
