I prepared these on the stove and they smelled absolutely amazing and were easy to cook. Nice texture, not bland but very light flavor. I’ll prepare them differently next time.

This is one of the closest things to real juicy chicken I have found so far. Love these cutlets. Will keep going to sprouts just to get them.
KA-POW! Meati’s Crispy Chicken Cutlets are incredibly tender, juicy, plump & delicious - so much so that after my first bite, I found myself simultaneously thinking in words typically found within a cartoon bubble & practically speechless. (Practically!) 😂 Made primarily from mushroom root & equally important — made without animals — this is incredible. First, I heated a crispy cutlet & ate it without any additional sauce or seasoning — it was love at first bite. The second cutlet turned into an impromptu chicken Parm sandwich & while it was fantastic, I love the taste of this product so much that I prefer the crispy cutlet naked, sans sauce or accoutrements. I’m headed back to the grocery store today, so that I can purchase & experience all of Meati’s offerings. These crispy chicken cutlets are incredible. I placed them on a pan with a splash of olive oil and added seasoning. Add them sliced to a salad or to a delicious plate of pasta. The possibilities are endless. Substitute animal protein with Meati protein made from mushroom root. Truly an incredible product, both healthy and delicious.
These cutlets are on the bigger side so it’s definitely possible to get quite a few meals out of the 2 cutlets or 2 really big meals. The breading for crispy in the air fryer and the inside stayed tender. Definitely has a good flavor and went well dipped in ketchup. I made homemade pesto pasta salad and crispy air fried artichoke hearts. Great meal. #veganchicken #veganmeat #vegandinner
