I'm so glad I picked this up on my last trip to Whole Foods! This makes for such an easy Indian curry! All I did was saute up about half a head of broccoli, six small carrots, and two mini onions. I added in a can of chickpeas towards the end, then added the sauce and simmered it for 10 minutes. It tasted really great with chickpeas, so I highly recommend choosing that for your protein. The first taste-test felt a bit flat, but all it needed was just a bit of extra salt. Luckily, the sodium content doesn't start out too high, so there's some wiggle room for your preferences. The flavor is tomato forward, but very creamy because of the coconut cream. Even though it's mild, there is a hint of spice that was really nice.
