A welcome sight after a weekend away eating the general offerings in village pubs of Plant burgers and fried food. I was craving salad and veggies and luckily in a service station on the long journey home, I found this. Cucumber, Edamame beans, apple pieces with a spicy, sharp ginger sauce. It was lovely, tasted fresh and sharp. Expensive doesn't even cover it but it was a service station. A thumbs up though as a quick snack.

This is so tasty. The ginger sauce is a good strength .. doesn't overpower the other ingredients. Very fresh. Will be working out how to make it myself...
This was very tasty. Light and refreshing. Great for summer Sunday lunch. It’s not my favorite of their prepared salads, as I am not as big a fan of citrusy dressings as I am some of the others, but I would buy again.
I enjoyed this crunchy little #salad which tasted fresh and healthful. I especially liked the shredded green apple which gave it a bit of sweetness, and the mixture of seeds. I wish shops would start offering more #onthego products with fully recyclable packaging. #marksandspencer #saladbox
I really enjoyed this salad from M&S for my lunch today - crunchy and fresh! The combo of ingredients was really original and a nice change. The only thing that could catch you out is the serving size is actually only half the pot, so this counts as 10% of your fat for the day if you eat it all! I guess the dressing and the seeds are the main contributors to that. I would definitely get it again though!
