Fruit and nut bar

Great for snacking, lovely fruity taste - not too sweet, raspberry flavour is just right,

also plenty of seeds. good to put in lunch box

Fruit and nut bars or energy bars are something that you should have when you're

out hiking, working a physical job and so on because they are quite calorific, yet they are sold as snacks.
I am not a fan of this one at all, it's called peanut and choc chip but there's no visible piece of either. It's a mix of date paste and raisins that has a slight taste of peanuts. Not sure where the chocolate is.
